Peak Season (March 12th – September 30th)

• $300 per night, $1,700 per week
  (2 night minimum)

Off Season (October 1st – March 11th)

• $225 per night, $1,200 per week
  (2 night minimum)

Monthly Rental – Off Season

  $2,400 per month + Utilities

Holidays

• Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year -
  $350 per night, $1800 per week (3 night minimum)

Check-in Policy

• To guarantee our guests a clean unit and avoid delays, we ask that all guests abide by our Check-In Time of 4:00 pm EST and Check-Out Time of 10:00 am EST We CANNOT guarantee early check-in or late check-out requests.

Deposits

• $115 Housekeeping & Guest Services fee per rental period.
• Refundable $200 security deposit. Refundable within 10 days after check-out and a satisfactory inspection.
• 50% Deposit Due at booking and the balance due 3 weeks before arrival.
• GA state sales tax of 6% and Local hotel/motel tax of 6% will be added to the rental amount.

Cancellation Policy

• In case of a cancellation 45 days or more prior to arrival for a weekly rental a $50.00 cancellation fee will be charged. If the cancellation occurs within 45 days prior to arrival and the unit is re-rented for the cancelled period, your deposit (less the $50.00 cancellation fee) will be returned.
• If the unit is not re-rented, we will be unable to refund your advance rental deposit. If your rental deposit is retained we will apply your deposit as credit towards a rental at a future date (depending on availability)
